Where a process needs cooling water but a cooling tower is the wrong answer - because the water must stay clean, because evaporation and make-up are unwelcome, or because there is simply no tower - a closed-circuit cooler rejects the heat to air instead. The WAC Series does it as a complete package: the pump, the fin-tube radiator, the fans, the expansion tank and the three-way temperature control valve arrive on one frame with one power connection and two pipe connections.
Nine standard sizes cover 62,000 to 476,000 BTU/hr at a 90°F ambient with water entering at 140°F and leaving at 115°F. Larger duties to 3,000,000 BTU/hr, glycol service and dual-pump stations are built to order.
| MODEL | BTU/HR | GPM | PUMP | FANS | FRAME |

A selection comes together quickly once the duty is stated.
Where a unit is being replaced, the nameplate does most of the work.
