Replacing a Unit
Give us the model number exactly as stamped, the National Board number if there is one, and the compressor or system it serves. Where the nameplate is unreadable, the shell diameter, overall length and connection sizes will do, with a photograph if possible. We confirm the current equivalent before quoting - including HiROSS-era and long-form numbers.
New Selection
For aftercoolers and separators: compressor SCFM, discharge pressure and temperature, cooling water or ambient temperature, required outlet temperature, and any code stamp. For oil and closed-circuit coolers: heat load or flow and temperature drop, fluid and glycol percentage, cooling medium, allowable pressure drop and design pressure.
