Terms of Sale

Quotations are valid for thirty days unless stated otherwise and are subject to prior sale of stock items. Prices are in US dollars, exclusive of taxes, duties and freight, FOB point of shipment. Payment terms are as stated on the quotation; credit card payments are accepted. Orders for non-stock, code-stamped or custom-built equipment are non-cancellable once released to manufacture.

Delivery dates are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer on delivery to the carrier; claims for shipping damage must be made against the carrier. Returns of stock items require prior authorisation and are subject to a restocking charge; custom and code-stamped items are not returnable.

The buyer is responsible for confirming that the equipment selected is suitable for the application, including operating pressure, temperature, fluids and jurisdictional code requirements. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the equipment supplied. Product names and model numbers are used to identify equipment and its compatible replacements. This site is operated by HeatX, distributor of the IPAC product line.
