Manufacturer's Warranty

IPAC equipment supplied through us carries the manufacturer's warranty against defects in material and workmanship for twelve months from start-up or eighteen months from shipment, whichever comes first, on the terms stated in the manufacturer's published warranty at the time of sale. The warranty covers repair or replacement of the defective part at the manufacturer's option and does not cover removal, reinstallation, freight, consequential loss or damage from operation outside the nameplate ratings.

Aftercoolers and separators are pressure vessels. Operation above the stamped maximum allowable working pressure or temperature, freezing of a water-cooled unit, corrosion from untreated cooling water or unsuitable condensate, and modification of the vessel void the warranty. Drain traps are wear items and are warranted against defects, not against fouling.

To make a claim, contact us with the part number, serial or National Board number, date of purchase and a description of the fault. Do not return equipment without an authorisation number.
